For transmittal of BLE output files to USGS and the eBFE Viewer, the Output Folder should contain the 8 .p0X.hdf files as well as the 8 .IC.O0X files found currently in the Input folder. 
These files were submitted as part of the Input folder in order to allow end-user the ability to view and access the results of the BLE model for the 8 simulated flood profiles.
